Nick Dale is a Harley Street Naturopath with over 30 years of experience. He has devoted his career to helping people make choices that support their health in real and lasting ways. With a calm, intuitive approach, he has guided thousands of individuals toward habits and foods that genuinely nourish them.

Yooly was born from Nick’s long-held wish to make clean, real food easier for everyone to find. After decades of seeing clients wanting to eat in a way that reflects their values, preferences, or dietary needs, he envisioned a tool that could bring clarity and confidence to everyday shopping.

At the heart of Yooly is Nick’s belief that everyone deserves to feel aligned with the food they choose. His hope is that Yooly offers people a real sense of freedom—helping them discover food that supports who they are and how they want to live.

Jocelyn Dale is the co-founder of Yooly and a lifelong advocate for natural health, real food and thoughtful living. Jocelyn and Nick co-founded Yooly after more than two decades working side by side in natural health, where she immersed herself in the principles and daily realities of holistic wellbeing. That experience—combined with her love of cooking and her interest in clean, trustworthy ingredients—shaped her belief that choosing food that truly aligns with individual needs and values should feel simple, empowering and joyful.

Before building Yooly, Jocelyn worked with entrepreneurs and angel investors, gaining insight into how meaningful ideas grow into purposeful products. She later established a freelance web design practice, blending creativity with user-centred thinking—skills she now brings directly into Yooly’s vision, design and experience.

With a foundation in the printing industry and local government, Simon Ransome brings over two decades’ experience in mobile application development to Yooly, having worked for award-winning start-ups such as 3G Lab/Trigenix, Taptu and TouchType through to global companies like California’s Qualcomm, and most recently Microsoft in London as a Senior Software Engineer.

Simon works with the latest Android development tools, including Jetpack Compose and Kotlin, building upon over ten years of working on SwiftKey – the intelligent keyboard for Android – which has been installed on over one billion devices since its launch in 2010.

He has also traveled worldwide as technical consultant and trainer, visiting the US, Thailand, the Philippines, China, Australia, South Korea and around Europe, working with companies like Samsung, Sprint, Telefónica, Telstra, O2 and Hutchison/Three.

Isobel Demangeat is a passionate UX leader who believes great design starts with empathy. With years of experience guiding teams to create intuitive, human-centered digital experiences, she brings a thoughtful approach to every project. As a Design Mentor, Isobel partners with Yooly to ensure its solutions feel accessible, engaging, and truly supportive for the people who need them most.

Matthew leads the financial and commercial side, helping shape the business model, revenue assumptions, financial planning and overall commercial structure.
